The Regional INforSE Meeting '96 for Central Asia,was held on May 29-31, Lucknow, Utter Pradesh, India. It was part of the workshop & meeting "Promotion of Renewable Energy and Ecological Development through Adult Education". A number of recommendations were made for INforSE, for the Solar Summit and for the UNESCO Adult Education Conference. Raymond Myles was re-elected as regional coordinator for 5 years, while Lalita Balakrishnan was elected as country representative for India, also for 5 years. |
